LTCC层间对位公差耦合电感及其用于带通滤波器和螺旋电感:A novel inductor structure namely MaTCI are proposed to alleviate the effect of misalignment. MaTCI can provide large equivalent series inductance required by filter design and their series inductance value is more stable as compared to SLCI. Equations and circuit model are proposed to predict inductance variation under misalignment and verified with EM simulation.
